Seamless.AI publishes one price as of September 2026: the Free plan, $0 for 1 user and 50 credits. Pro (priced per user, with annual credit packages starting at 10,000 credits) and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom packages) are quote-only. Every paid subscription is an annual contract that auto-renews unless you change it at least 60 days before renewal.
So the honest answer to "how much does Seamless.AI cost" is: you won't know until sales quotes you. This guide covers what the Seamless.AI pricing page does show, what independent contract data says teams pay, how credits and the renewal clause work, and what to ask for before you sign. Everything was checked in September 2026.
How much does Seamless.AI cost?
The pricing page lists three plans. Only Free has a number on it.
Plan | Price shown | Users | Credits | What the page highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Free | $0 | 1 user | 50 credits | Emails, cell phones, real-time search, export download, integrations, API |
Pro (labeled "Most popular") | Contact sales | Per user | Annual credit packages; the FAQ says Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits; 1 credit = phone + email | Unlimited exports, free admin seat, advanced org management |
Enterprise | Contact sales | Unlimited users | Custom packages; the FAQ mentions daily credit allotments on custom plans for 5+ licenses | Unlimited exports, customer success, enterprise support |
The FAQ adds that prices shown reflect an annual discount, that there are no setup fees, and that a "Switch and Save" program offers eligible prospects up to 50% off what they currently pay another provider, with terms and conditions.
What do teams actually pay for Seamless.AI?
Because list prices aren't public, the most useful number comes from contract data. SpendHound, a spend-management tool that collects de-identified software spend, reports the following from 160 Seamless.AI customers (page last updated 14 July 2026):
Average SMB contract (50 to 1,000 employees): $7,991 per year.
Average enterprise contract (1,000+ employees): $18,159 per year.
Year-over-year change: SMB pricing up 27.2% among 39 contributing companies; enterprise pricing down 14.51% among 10.
Treat those as averages across different seat counts and credit packages, not a price you can expect. A three-seat team and a thirty-seat team both sit inside "SMB". What they do tell you is the order of magnitude: Seamless.AI is usually a four- or five-figure annual commitment, not a monthly card charge.
How do Seamless.AI credits work?
Seamless.AI's FAQ defines a credit as what gets used "when Seamless.AI researches a contact to find their emails, phone numbers and insights." On Pro, one credit covers both the phone and the email for a contact.
Two questions the public pages don't answer, and that you should get answered in writing before signing:
Is a credit used when the research finds nothing, or only an unusable result? The definition ties the credit to researching a contact, not to finding data, so ask how misses are treated.
Do unused credits roll over? The FAQ entry titled "Do credits expire?" describes allowances but not expiry, and the Terms of Use don't address rollover.
Data quality changes what a credit is worth. If a found email later bounces, you paid for it anyway. Verifying before you send protects the domain; our email validation tools comparison and the piece on how bounce rates quietly cap outbound cover how to do that.
How does Seamless.AI auto-renewal work?
This is the part of the pricing that matters most, and it's written into Seamless.AI's own Terms of Use (last updated 12 July 2024). The key points:
All subscriptions are annual. The terms say subscriptions are annual "with monthly or annual billing cycles", so paying monthly doesn't make it a month-to-month contract.
60 days' notice. You must complete the subscription modification in the platform no later than 60 days before the next annual renewal date. If you don't, the contract renews for another 12 months.
Sales are final. Except where the terms say otherwise, purchases aren't refundable.
Prices can change on notice. The terms allow Seamless.AI to change subscription fees with notice, effective immediately upon notice.
Seamless.AI's help article on canceling adds the process: an admin or owner submits the account modification form (Billing, then "Modify My Subscription") at least 60 days before renewal, and also meets with their Customer Success Representative to remove the contracted automatic renewal.
In practice, that means:
Put the renewal date minus 75 days in your calendar the day you sign, so you have a buffer before the 60-day cutoff.
Make sure the person who owns the account is still at the company, since only an admin or owner can submit the form.
Keep written confirmation of the non-renewal from Billing Support.
Which Seamless.AI features cost extra?
The plan comparison marks four products as add-ons: AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data. None of them are available on Free. Pro and Enterprise can add them, and they're priced as part of the quote.
Several things are included across all three plans: email addresses, cell phones, the real-time search engine, exports, premium integrations, Pitch Intelligence, Connect (emailing, calls and tasks), the job changes filter and the API. Seamless.AI also runs an MCP server for Claude and other AI clients, documented in its MCP quickstart. Free doesn't include the free admin seat or advanced org management, and the Enterprise plan card adds customer success and enterprise support.
What should you ask for in a Seamless.AI quote?
Because everything past Free is negotiated, the contract terms are where you have use. Ask for these specifically:
The credit package in writing: credits per user or pooled, per year or per day, and what happens to unused credits at the end of the term.
How misses are counted: whether a contact that returns no email or phone uses a credit.
Renewal terms: a shorter notice period, removal of the automatic renewal, or a renewal price cap, since the standard terms let fees change on notice.
Add-on pricing: line-item prices for AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent, so you can drop one at renewal.
Seat flexibility: whether you can reduce seats at renewal, and what the admin seat includes.
Seamless.AI vs Apollo vs Databar: how the pricing models compare
Tool | Pricing model (Sep 2026) | Best for | Data coverage focus | API / MCP access |

Apollo.io | Published per-seat prices: Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 per seat per month billed annually | Teams that want a database and sequencing in one tool with self-serve pricing | Its own database | API; Apollo MCP |
Databar | Build $99/month with 5,000 credits, Scale $495/month with 50,000 credits, Enterprise custom | Teams that want several providers behind one credit balance | 100+ data sources, combined in waterfalls | REST API, Python SDK, CLI, hosted MCP |

Where Databar fits
Databar takes a different approach to the same job. Instead of one vendor's search engine, you get a workspace with 100+ data sources and waterfall enrichment: providers run in the order you choose and the cascade stops at the first one that returns data. Only that provider is charged, and lookups that return nothing aren't charged. A partial record that returns some data is charged. You can put verification in the same flow, for example a ZeroBounce check after the email step. Plans and prices are public on the pricing page. Our Databar vs Seamless.AI comparison goes deeper on the differences.
