Findymail is available on Databar. Findymail finds and verifies B2B email addresses and phone numbers, and on Databar you can run all five of its enrichments inside your tables, as steps in a waterfall, or from the Databar API and MCP server. You don't need a separate Findymail contract: use Databar credits, or connect your own Findymail API key if you already have one.
What you can do with Findymail on Databar
These are the Findymail enrichments available in the Databar catalog today:
Enrichment | What you give it | What you get back |
|---|---|---|
Get email by name and company | First name, last name and company website | The person's work email |
Find email by LinkedIn link | A LinkedIn profile URL | Email, job title and other profile data |
Find emails by company | A company domain and up to three roles, for example "CEO" or "Head of Marketing" | Name and email of a matching contact |
Search people at company | A company link and a job title | People at that company who match the title |
Get phone from LinkedIn | A LinkedIn profile URL | The person's phone number |
Current credit prices for each enrichment are listed on the Findymail integration page.
Where Findymail fits in a waterfall
No single provider finds every contact. That's why Findymail is also a step in three of Databar's pre-built waterfall enrichments:
Email by name waterfall. Findymail runs alongside providers such as Hunter, Prospeo, LeadMagic, Snov.io, Icypeas, RocketReach and Datagma.
Email by LinkedIn link waterfall. Findymail sits next to ContactOut, Prospeo, RocketReach, LeadMagic and others.
Phone waterfall. Findymail is one of several phone providers that take a LinkedIn URL.
A waterfall tries providers one after another and stops at the first usable result, so you only pay for the lookups that run. The email waterfalls can also verify the address with ZeroBounce, Bouncer or Emailable before it lands in your table. If you want to go deeper on how that works, read How Waterfall Enrichment Works: Provider Order, Coverage and Cost.
Common ways teams use it
Account-based outbound. Start from a list of target domains, run Find emails by company with the roles you sell to, and get a contact per account without building the list by hand.
Filling gaps in the CRM. Run Get email by name and company on records that have a name and a company but no email.
Turning LinkedIn lists into contactable leads. Paste profile URLs into a table and run Find email by LinkedIn link, or the full email by LinkedIn link waterfall.
Adding phone numbers for call-heavy motions. Use Get phone from LinkedIn on its own, or let the phone waterfall try Findymail alongside other providers.
Always verify emails before a campaign. This guide covers the steps: how to verify and clean email lists before a campaign.
How to get started
Create a table in Databar, or import a CSV or your CRM records.
Add an enrichment and search for Findymail, or pick one of the email or phone waterfalls.
Map your columns to the inputs (name, company, domain or LinkedIn URL).
Run it on a few rows first, check the results, then run the rest.
If you work in code or with AI agents, the same enrichments are available through the Databar API and CLI and the Databar MCP server, so Claude or your own scripts can call Findymail without a separate integration.
